SURFCOAT TIO-3300

THREE IN ONE PROCESS                         

Surfcoat  Tio-3300  is  useful  for  degreasing,  derusting   and phosphating, all in one operation. It has the advantage  of  ease and simplicity of application.

Dilute  one  part of surfcoat Tio-3300 with one or  two parts  of water  (330-500  ml/lit. Of Surfcoat Tio-3300) depending  on  the condition  of  the material. Mix well  for  uniformity.  Applying using a paint brush for derusting and removing traces of  grease, hand  marks, from steel, alluminium, lead etc., before  painting. Forms  a thin phosphate coating also useful on large sheet  metal objests  like  cabinets,  car  bodies,  safes, office equipments, slotted  angles. Most suited prior to repainting (in total or  onspots or portions or parts) on rework jobs. 

Ideal for garages and paint shops, being simple to use.

1. Prepare 330-500 ml/lit of Surfcoat Tio-3300  bath  solution using suitable water in a plastic container.  

2.   Use  brush with fibre bristles or by dipping the  parts  in Surfcoat solution.  

3.   Scrub well to remove excess oil or rust.  

4.   Allow reaction time about 5 to 10 minutes. 

5.   Wipe with waste or cloth if necessary. 

6.   Rinse with water.

7.   Air dry and primer coat immediately or as early as possible.
