ANTI TARNISH C B R - 1102

An extremely useful formulation to prevent tarnishing,  corrosion and   spotting    out of    Copper   and Brass parts. It is used as a final rinse after Copper  or  Brass   plating,  it will preserve the freshly plated appearance  for    number of  weeks  under    normal  storage conditions.

The  coating  produced  is   invisible  and  has  many  times  the corrosion resistance of base Copper and Brass  articles  against green, brown staining or finger marking and spotting. It is  also useful after burnishing, chemical polishing and before soldering.

Working Condition
  
Make up           :  15 - 20 ml/liter of Anti tarnish C B R - 1102
Temperature     :  30 - 55* c.
Time                 :  30 - 150 seconds

Maintenance  

When  concentration of 1102 is at its required level  then  there will  be  no water   breaks  found  after taking out  part   from  the  immersion  bath of 1102. When  failure is  observed,  Anti tarnish    C B R - 1102 should be added at the rate of 5 to 8  ml/litre  of The bath capacity.
